Serenity - Please go see this movie!

I went to see the Firefly movie, Serenity last night. It was great to see a show brought to the big screen after being cancelled after only half a season! The cast returned for the movie and Joss Whedon's dialogue did not disappoint. A few plot holes and scenes that were out of synch with the series, but then I'm a nitpicker. It would be wonderful to have another movie in a couple of years, but we'll only see that if Serenity does well. I'm afraid that only Firefly fans will bother to see the movie. Considering how well it's sold on DVD, the fans are a force to be reckoned with.

I watched the season finale of Battlestar Galactica and I was literally angry with rage(if you got the Futurama reference, 10 points for you!). I won't give it away for anyone who hasn't seen it, but I wanted to throw my shoe at the tv, but the networks have trained me well. Of course next season I will be there with a bowl of popcorn-and a shoe.
